Her journey to authorship has been anything but conventional. With degrees spanning business tourism, journalism, kinesiology, and nutrition, and a professional path that has woven through media, psychotherapy, and energetic healing, Ingrid brings rare psychological depth, emotional authenticity, and spiritual awareness to every story she writes.
