Print books ordered through this website are printed and fulfilled on demand through BookVault and its professional print and distribution partners. This means each printed copy is produced after an order is placed, then shipped directly to the customer.
Order Processing
Orders are processed once payment has been successfully completed. Because books are printed on demand, production time is required before an order can be dispatched.
Estimated production and dispatch times may vary depending on the destination country, print location, order volume, postal service availability, holidays, and other operational factors.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the delivery address and the shipping option selected.
Available shipping methods may vary by country. Depending on your location, you may be offered tracked or untracked shipping options. If you choose an untracked option, tracking information may not be available once your order has been dispatched.
Estimated Delivery Times
Any delivery dates shown at checkout are estimates only and are not guaranteed delivery dates.
Reasonable care is taken to ensure that orders are produced and dispatched as promptly as possible. If there is a significant delay, or if an order cannot be fulfilled, you will be contacted using the email address provided at checkout.
Customer Address Responsibility
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at the time of order.
Ingrid J. Adams is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or lost shipments caused by incorrect, incomplete, or outdated address information provided by the customer.
If an order is returned or cannot be delivered because of an incorrect address, the customer may be responsible for any additional reprint or reshipping costs.
Customs, Duties, and Import Charges
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, handling fees, or other local charges imposed by the destination country.
These charges are not controlled by Ingrid J. Adams, Shopify, or BookVault, and remain the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise required by applicable law.
Lost or Delayed Shipments
If your order has not arrived within a reasonable time after the estimated delivery window, please get in touch through the contact page.
Please include your order number, full name, shipping address, and the email address used when placing your order.
The issue will be reviewed and, where needed, raised with the relevant fulfilment partner to determine the appropriate next step.
Digital Products and Third-Party Retailers
This shipping policy applies only to physical book orders placed directly through this website.
If you purchase ebooks, audiobooks, or print books through Amazon, Apple Books, Kobo, Barnes & Noble, or another third-party retailer, their own delivery, fulfilment, refund, and support policies will apply.
